Penetrating sealing primer

This product is a two-component coating composed of bisphenol A epoxy resin, organic solvents, specialized additives, and epoxy curing agents.
Good sealing and permeability with the substrate, and good adhesion.
Brushless, no bubbles, good leveling performance.
Fast drying and good polishing performance.

1. On a clean and flat cement floor, apply a layer of sealing primer by spraying or rolling.
2. Mix the two components in proportion, stir thoroughly, and let them mature for 20 minutes before use.
3. When applying primer, add a certain amount of diluent according to the construction conditions, adjust to the appropriate viscosity, so that the diluted primer can better penetrate into the interior of the base layer and enhance the adhesion between the coating and the base layer.
4. When the construction temperature is between 5-35 ℃ and below 5 ℃, low-temperature hardener is required.
5. The dry film thickness of the sealing primer is 10-15 μ m.

1. Before applying the sealing primer, the first thing to check is the firmness and solidity of the cement floor, without any peeling phenomenon.
2. Check that the bottom surface is dry, free of oil stains, and has a moisture content of no more than 6%.
3. After the maintenance period of the cement floor, it is not allowed to rinse or mop the floor with water for 5 days before entering the construction site.
4. The application of penetrating primer should be uniform and there should be no omissions.
