Product Features

Easy to use as a single component; Spray drying is good; Smooth coating; Good leveling and fullness; Good covering power; Excellent mechanical performance; Good light and color retention, durability, health and environmental protection, safety and non toxicity.

Product Usage

Water based epoxy ester topcoat is mainly used as an anti rust coating for steel structures such as bridges, railways, transportation, and factories, especially as a special paint for automotive chassis, components, and other applications.

Surface treatment

1. Rinse away salt and other water-soluble pollutants with clean water;
2. Remove grease according to SSPC-SP1 solvent cleaning standard;
3. Remove rust, oxide scale, dust and other contaminants by sandblasting;
4. Confirm that the surface is clean and dry before construction.

Construction conditions

The construction surface requires cleanliness and dryness; During construction, the substrate temperature should be above 5 ℃ and above 3 ℃ above the dew point temperature to avoid condensation of water vapor; When the relative humidity of the air is greater than 70%, the drying time and recoating interval should be appropriately extended; Construction in narrow and enclosed spaces requires good ventilation.

Storage period

Under the condition of 5-35 ℃, it should be stored for at least 12 months and prevented from freezing during storage. After exceeding the storage period, it should be inspected and qualified before use. This product should be stored in a dry, cool place and kept away from heat and fire sources.
