Epoxy Zinc Rich Primer

The surface treatment of steel structures shall be carried out in accordance with the national standard GB8923-88, with sandblasting rust removal reaching Sa2.5 level and manual rust removal reaching St3 level;
Before painting, the surface of the profile should be cleaned of dust, welding slag, oil stains, floating rust, water marks, etc;
Before use, stir the coating evenly and mix it according to the standard ratio of components A and B. Add a special diluent and stir evenly before use;
This product is suitable for air spraying or immersion coating, etc;
Maintain a good ventilation environment during construction, preferably within the range of 0-40 ℃ and a relative humidity of ≤ 60%;
During construction, it is not allowed to mix with other coatings or incompatible organic solvents to prevent deterioration;
All coatings should be used up within the applicable period, and the applicable period after mixing with curing agents is 2-6 hours.

Proper ventilation in the construction site;
Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited near the construction site;
Wear necessary protective equipment;
Take all other necessary safety and fire prevention measures based on the specific situation on site.
