Apply a pre coat primer with one coat, 25 ± 5 μ m
Apply anti rust primer with a dry film thickness of 55 ± 5 μ m
Surface treatment
The painting base should be clean, free of all dirt such as oil stains and dust, and sandblasted or shot blasted to achieve Swedish Sa2.5 level. Manual and mechanical rust removal should reach St2-3 level.
Painting method
Airless spraying: Air spraying roller coating/brush coating
Storage period: Store in a cool, dry, and well ventilated place for one year for paint and six months for curing agent.
1. Read the instructions before construction;
2. Before use, adjust the paint and curing agent according to the required ratio, mix as much as needed, stir evenly before use, and use up within 8 hours;
3. During the construction process, keep it dry and clean. After painting, the curing agent packaging bucket must be tightly covered to prevent gelation;
During construction and drying, the relative humidity should not exceed 85%. This product can only be delivered for use after one day of coating;
5. The surface of epoxy zinc rich workshop primer is prone to the formation of zinc salts, and should not be exposed for a long time after painting and before applying the topcoat. If painting at long intervals, it is recommended to use H53-89 cloud iron epoxy intermediate paint for sealing.
