Epoxy graphene anti-corrosion primer (dual group)

A new type of steel structure anti-corrosion coating mainly composed of heavy-duty anti-corrosion special epoxy resin, sheet-like high-purity zinc powder, graphene additive, functional rust prevention, shielding pigment, and curing agent. It has excellent cathodic protection and shielding functions for steel. It is suitable for heavy-duty anti-corrosion fields such as ships, steel bridges, steel roof trusses, steel grid structures, power facilities, pipelines, storage tanks, etc. Its main characteristics: long-lasting, salt spray resistance ≥ 2000-10000h.

Cold spray zinc topcoat (double set)

It is mainly composed of heavy-duty anti-corrosion resin, high durability pigments, graphene additives, active diluents, and imported additives. The curing agent is selected as a high crosslinking density curing agent; Good construction performance, uniform color, excellent physical properties, comprehensive resistance to chemical corrosion, and outstanding durability,; Widely used for surface protection and decoration of steel structures, highway guardrails, cage iron towers, agricultural machinery and cars, light industrial products, etc.

Construction Process Diagram

Structural treatment → Surface treatment → Pre coating → Epoxy graphene anti-corrosion primer (1 coat of 50 μ m) → Cold spray zinc topcoat (1 coat of 30 μ m) → Coating curing

Construction conditions

Outdoor construction is prohibited in adverse weather conditions such as rain, snow, sandstorms, etc;
When spraying, the relative humidity of the environment should be below 80%, and the temperature of the steel plate should be 3 ℃ higher than the dew point;
During the painting operation, the substrate temperature should be controlled within -20~50 ℃;
Strictly follow the recoating interval specified in the product manual during painting operations.

Surface treatment

1. The rust removal level of the main components or equipment surfaces must reach Sa2.5 level. Thoroughly remove contaminants such as acid, alkali, salt, and grease from the surface of steel.
2. Before applying the coating, pre coat all welds and areas that are difficult to spray.
Spraying method: air spraying, airless spraying.

1. Paint should be stored in a cool, ventilated, and dry place with a shelf life of one year.
2. The construction site should be kept away from sources of fire and heat, and flammable, explosive, and toxic materials should not be piled up.
3. Construction personnel should wear work clothes, gas masks, protective goggles and other labor protection equipment correctly.
