Mixing ratio: Component A: Component B=4:1 (weight ratio). If diluent needs to be added, it should be added after mixing, and component B should not be used as a diluent.
Rear supporting paint: various anti rust primers such as oil-based, alkyd, phenolic, chlorinated rubber, epoxy, epoxy coal tar, etc. are used in combination
Surface treatment
Steel sandblasted to Sa2.5 level, surface roughness 30-75um
Aluminum alloy, galvanized steel parts, etc. shall be sandblasted with sandpaper or lightly brushed sandblasting.
Construction conditions
The substrate temperature must be 3 ℃ above the dew point
Relative humidity not exceeding 85%
Painting method
Airless spraying: Dilution nozzle diameter spraying pressure
0-35 (based on paint weight) 0.4-0.5mm 9-12Mpa (approximately 90-120kg/c ㎡)
Air spraying: 0-35 (based on paint weight) 1.0-2.0mm 0.3-0.4Mpa (approximately 3-4kg/c ㎡)
Roll coating/brush coating: Dilution amount, 0-5 (based on paint weight)
Cleaning agent: Specialized thinner for phosphating primer
